As summer reaches its peak, Dalrymple Vineyards will open the doors for another unique day of Tasmanian food and wine. You are invited you to join them for Dalrymple Unearthed, an exclusive experience that celebrates their wines from across Tasmanian at their home in Piper’s River.

The day begins in the vineyard with freshly shucked oysters and a glass of Coal River Chardonnay, before stepping into the vines for an interactive tasting with our team, exploring the nuances of our single site Piper’s River Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Follow the team through the barrel room for a seated masterclass of their Single Site Pinot Noirs and Mt. Lord Pinot Noir with Winemaker Pete Caldwell.

After this, enjoy a long lunch of seasonal produce, showcasing some of the best of local produce, before winding down with shared Tasmanian cheeseboards as the afternoon stretches into the golden hours.
