Twamley Farm in partnership with Gert & Ted offers a range of cooking class and lunch experiences by appointment. Learn to cook rustic Italian dishes, farmhouse French cuisine or local game to perfection. Gert from Gert & Ted will teach a range of dishes in a fun and relaxed environment.

Cooking classes can be scheduled by appointment for a minimum of 6 guests. Classes start at $320 per person, all inclusive.

After homemade cake, tea, coffee or a hot toddy of local gin or whisky on arrival, you will get busy helping to create a delectable three-course menu for lunch. When all the preparation is done, sit down to a delicious feast together. Each course will be matched with a glass of East Coast Tasmania wine.

All recipes taught in the class will be provided in a take home gift pack so you can impress your friends and family with your cooking skills.
