Mycologist, Tim Murch, grows and sells fresh gourmet mushrooms, mushroom powders, mushroom salts, mushrooms grow kits, and mushroom supplies like grain spawn and cultures.

There is a wide variety of fresh mushrooms and kits sold including, Oyster, (white, blue, pink, yellow and chocolate) Lion’s Mane, Shiitake, Piopinno, Black Pearl, Coral Tooth and other seasonal mushrooms.

Tim hosts a monthly mystery mushroom group, sign up and receive a grow kit delivered monthly, delivered all over Australia.

In addition, mushroom grow kit workshops are held regularly.

Alongside mushroom products local Tasmanian producers are showcased, stocking honey, heritage seeds, preserves, chutneys, walnuts and more.
