They are proud to specialise in both high-quality coffee and delectable desserts, making them a beloved local favourite among residents and visitors alike. Each morning, they meticulously prepare the coffee to ensure it consistently meets high standards of excellence.
Bruce’s began its journey as a quaint milk bar in the 1960s and transitioned into a charming cafe in the 2000s. Today, it proudly operates under the ownership of friends Themis Katsikis and Simeon Cooper, who both have deep roots growing up along the beautiful North-West coast of Tasmania.
Themis is a highly skilled chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry across both Tasmania and Victoria, and he is dedicated to sourcing and using only the finest local ingredients in all their offerings. They brew rich, flavourful coffee using Toby Estate Beans, an acclaimed roaster from Melbourne.
