Its range of mountain bike transport services includes airport transfers, intrastate transfers, and trail shuttles. It runs two modern minibuses and various trailers (enclosed luggage trailers and shuttle trailers).

As well as mountain bike transport services, it also offers mountain bike hire and mountain bike tours. Its tours range from half-day beginner-friendly rides on Hobart’s Mt. Wellington, to 11-day tours, travelling around the state, showing guests the very best of the state’s trails. Its staff are keen mountain bikers, passionate about their local trails, and eager to share their local knowledge with guests.
