At Launceston Airport, Drive Car Hire operates an express rental service. Renters sign their rental agreement before they travel making car pick-up a very quick process. Pick up and drop off is available for all flights, with returns to Hobart city, and Hobart airport also available.

Drive Car Hire cars are allowed to go to Bruny Island and are also covered for travel on unsealed roads. Child seats are available. Booking in advance is recommended.
