Sunday House and the township of Maldon are a rare location for a unique and rejuvenating group getaway and are the perfect location for the creative and adventurous.
This 1865 converted Welsh Baptist church, is a rare group getaway experience, right in the centre of Maldon’s historic township and the Heartland of the Victorian Goldfields.
Heritage listed, plant filled interior includes wood-lined loft ceilings, black strapped beams and three-metre high arched windows looking out over the private tree filled gardens.
The living area has a 10 seater formal dining table, huge fireplace, large comfy lounge, QLED smart television, Sonos speaker system, pool table, games and library nook. Heating and cooling throughout.
Sunday House has three queen bedrooms, one master king room with quality linens and bedding and two spacious bathrooms. Sleeps eight guests. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans.
The chef’s kitchen has every appliance needed to whip up a spectacular meal. Dine in the formal dining room or enjoy a relaxed meal at the large sunny, rustic kitchen table.
Open the french doors to the large deck and sprawling entertainers yard with shaded dining table, gas barbecue, outdoor fireplace and large lawn. The house is also pet friendly, with secure fencing.
