The house is oriented to the North, flooding it with natural light in the winter and the large covered deck keeps it cool in the summer. For added comfort, there is an enclosed wood heater and fans to keep guests cozy or refreshed, depending on the season.

The upper level features a flexible and open-plan lounge area with large sliding doors, inviting guests to bring the outside in. The well-equipped kitchen has ample storage, a walk-in pantry, and a large island bench to keep the chef in the heart of the action.

Outside, the deck area offers breathtaking views of the inlet, making it a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, sunrises, and visits from various birds and wildlife. Upstairs, two bedrooms with built-in robes and main bathroom with a shower and vanity provide comfortable accommodations.

Downstairs, a large rumpus room is set up with bunk beds and couches, creating a perfect kids’ retreat. An adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet, along with external access to the laundry, adds convenience.
