Tucked into the foothills of the Otways and a short drive from the Great Ocean Road and Lorne, King Parrot offers six architecturally designed, self-contained cottages and a peaceful campground on 196 acres of rainforest and rolling hills.

Perfect for romantic getaways, family holidays, retreats, weddings, or corporate gatherings, their cottages blend rustic charm with comfort. Each one features a fully equipped kitchen, indoor fireplace, barbeque, and beautiful views over the valley or bushland.

Slow down and enjoy on-site experiences including saltwater swimming pool, infrared sauna, small gym, games room, bushwalking tracks to their private waterfall and friendly farm animals

Just beyond the property, you will discover pristine surf beaches, the Great Otway National Park, iconic seaside towns, boutique wineries, and the delicious produce of the Otway Harvest Trail.
