Switchback Stays offers two luxury barn-style lodges set on three landscaped acres. Located between Bellbridge and Bethanga, the lodges enjoy stunning views over the surrounding hills and Lake Hume.
The accommodation features two bedrooms and two bathrooms each sleeping up to six guests with flexible king beds or long single configurations. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a central wood fire for cosy winter evenings and a bar area to mix your favourite cocktail.
Switchback is cycle friendly with each lodge boasting secure bike storage, workshop and bike wash. There is a generous alfresco area with a barbeque providing a perfect spot to sit and relax with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the magnificent sunsets over the lake.
Switchback is a short 20-minute drive from Albury Wodonga and 15 minutes from Albury Airport. They are positioned perfectly to explore the Upper Murray ‘Man from Snowy River’ country and High Country tourist towns such as Yackandandah, Beechworth and Mitta Mitta.
So, if you are riding the High Country Rail Trail, boating on Lake Hume or travelling the Great River Road tourist drive along the Murray River, your adventure starts here!
