Enterprize Tall Ship – Geelong

Amusement and Theme Parks

The Schooner Enterprize is a replica 1830’s-style topsail schooner, constructed using traditional materials, skills and tools. When launched in 1997 she was the first square-rigged, commercial sailing ship to be built in Victoria in 120 years.

Enterprize offers traditional sailing experiences open to the general public, who can choose to sit back and relax, or help the crew set sail. Joining her for a sail is an enjoyable experience for all, whether a history buff, a sailing enthusiast, or someone looking for an exciting new adventure for the kids (or yourself).

Enterprize offers one-hour day sails and 90-minute evening sails. She also visits Geelong for major events such as the Geelong Wooden Boat Festival and New Years Eve fireworks displays.

Enterprize’s schedule can vary depending on season and her other commitments, so please visit the website to confirm upcoming sailing dates.

When in Geelong, Enterprize can be found on Wangim Walk on the Geelong foreshore.

For GPS directions, enter the address Wangim Walk, but please note that there isn’t parking on Wangim Walk – you’ll need to find this nearby. If arriving in Geelong via Port Phillip Ferries you’ll be able to see the Enterprize when you disembark.
