Arts Rutherglen Sculpture Trail – A Journey Through Creativity

Whether you choose to walk, cycle, or drive, you’ll discover a collection of remarkable sculptures dotted throughout Rutherglen, Wahgunyah, and Gooramadda.

The trail began in 2008, when the local community group Arts Rutherglen set out to bring more art and culture to the region. Their annual Sculpture Exhibition, held each October and November, inspired local businesses and community members to purchase or commission works from participating artists. Over time, these pieces formed the foundation of what is now the Arts Rutherglen Sculpture Trail.

Today, the trail continues to grow, with new sculptures added to celebrate creativity and enrich the region’s cultural landscape. Rutherglen has truly become a vibrant destination for the arts.
