The largest Lavender farm on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Red Hill Lavender Farm offers the opportunity, via an interactive tour, to demonstrate the end-to-end process of Lavender farming and oil production through to the delivery of a high-quality branded product.
Through demonstrations and explanations, visitors are shown the process of running a commercial lavender farm, the distillation and the extraction of lavender oil, and the stripping of dried lavender to harvest the florets for use in applicable products.
A full range of products is available to sample and purchase. Visitors are able to sample lavender related foods such as lavender scones, lavender ice creams and lavender teas. This will occur in the Red Hill Lavender Farm Cafe.
