Blowhard Spur Circuit

This grade three circuit walk starts from Perfect Cure Creek car park at the start of Kegs Spur Track, ascending to High Camp, then along Blowhard Spur Track to Blowhard Summit before heading down Merlo Lookout Track to Merlo Lookout and back to the car park.

Another popular way to walk this track is to start at Devil’s Cove Campground, adding in the Wallaby Bay track and Keg Spur track. This turns the walk into a 12km circuit that will take you about four hours to complete. The track starts and ends at Devil’s Cove Campground, running through blowhard summit and along the edge of Lake Eildon.

The Blowhard Summit provides amazing views of Lake Eildon, Cathedral Range, Mt Torbreck, Mt Buller and The Bluff.
