Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre is a state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for hosting performing arts and conferences in the region. Since its opening in 2009, it has become a popular choice for events thanks to its modern architecture and excellent amenities. The centre boasts a dedicated theatre with 514 raked seats including a balcony (known as the Alpine MDF Theatre), as well as flexible spaces that can accommodate up to 500 people for meetings, conferences, weddings and other events.
Located in the heart of Wangaratta CBD, this venue is nestled within the Arts Precinct, adjacent to the Wangaratta Art Gallery and Art Space. It has an on-site café Intermezzo which is open daily for breakfast and lunch, as well dinners when shows and events are running.
