Pup yoga classes are designed with puppy wellbeing as the top priority, creating a safe, calm, and positive environment for puppies as they gently explore new experiences at their own pace. Sessions are puppy-led, low-stimulation, and grounded in respect for each pup’s comfort, rest, and boundaries.

At the same time, these classes offer guests a meaningful pause from daily life. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and quiet connection with the puppies, participants are invited to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and support their own mental wellbeing.
