Ballarat Drawers 2026

Ross Creek Gallery proudly presents Ballarat Drawers 2026.

This inaugural exhibition brings together six Ballarat-based artists, both emerging and established, to showcase the diversity, skill and vitality of contemporary painting in the region. Ballarat Drawers 2026 features Bren Luke, Kim Anderson, Peter Cougle, Alison Parkinson and Georgina Gould-Hardwick.

This exhibition is part of a new annual series celebrating the depth of creative practice within the local community. The Ballarat series has been conceived as an evolving platform. It is an annual, rotating showcase that fosters connection, promotes local practice, and builds ongoing opportunities for regional artists to be seen, celebrated and supported. By centering this series within Ross Creek Gallery, the exhibition continues the gallery’s commitment to championing Ballarat’s creative community and strengthening pathways between artists, audiences and place.
