Calico Ceilings – Women of the Goldfields. Paintings by Linda Gallus

For over 12 months, Bellarine Peninsula-based artist Linda Gallus has immersed herself in the Central Goldfields/Djaara landscape, engaging with historians and combing the archives to re-imagine and bring to life the stories of women from the gold rush era.

Gallery is located in the historic former Fire Station building built in 1861 and features a diverse program of regularly changing exhibitions, including works from the permanent collection, curated exhibitions and touring exhibitions.
