The Great Ocean Trail Ultra (GOTU) is undoubtably Australia’s, if not the Southern Hemisphere’s, most iconic oceanside trail ultra, weaving its singletrack magic along the most famous coastline the continent has to offer.
The Great Ocean Trail Ultra is a grassroots ultra outing that will change your life run by directors who live and breathe the pure heart and soul of trail running – wilderness and community.
Choose to run the full 100 kilometres from Apollo Bay to the world-famous Twelve Apostles, or team up in a relay of two runners for half distance each, or sample the second half by running from Johanna Beach to the Twelve Apostles.
A perfect excuse to come, run, stay and play on the world famous Great Ocean Road, exploring its coastal sights and villages.
