Retrospect Group Art Exhibition

Artist collective Pancake is proud to present Retrospect, an upcoming group art exhibition being held at Shell Space in Brunswick.

Retrospect is a group art show exploring how artists can harness the full expressive range of technology, offering a retrospective exploration of creative engagement with the digital. The immersive experience will invite audiences to look from the artists’ eyes, reflecting on how much has changed technologically.

The show is the final instalment of a three-part Retrospect art series touring Melbourne throughout 2025, which explored nostalgia for traditional techniques alongside a growing fascination with the digital, with each part reflecting on the impact of technology and the resilience of creativity, either through subject matter or artistic process.

Retrospect will feature the spectacular works of 10 local and international artists: Annabel Le, Ezo, Mila Useche, Nhat Tan Nguyen, Thuan Huynh, Tim Sta-Ana, SONA, sukinapan, Svdpony and Yoona Love Kim.

Alongside the exhibition, a limited number of merchandise from some of these artists, and across the three Retrospect shows, will also be available for purchase over the weekend. Products cannot be reserved and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
