These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of your life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings.

Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help you solve your daily problems and find the lasting happiness you seek.

No prior experience needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome. Pay at door.

The teacher of this class is Natalie Eichelmann. Natalie is an experienced teacher of modern Kadampa Buddhism who is greatly admired for her kindness and loving example. Natalie’s teachings are clear, straight-forward and relate perfectly to busy modern life.

Topics include ‘A Fresh Start: Discover the Power of Meditation’ in February, ‘How to Solve Our Human Problems: Managing Anger and Difficult Relationships’ in March, ‘Stillness in Motion: Living Spiritually in a Fast-Paced World’ in March and April, and ‘Living From Love: How to Transform Yourself and the World Around You’ in April and May.
