Fondata are excited to be hosting Easter Sunday lunch celebrations, with a delicious three course Italian shared feast,
Fondata is the contemporary revival of the iconic Weller’s, a place where city style meets country hospitality. The vista from the main dining room is across the stunning rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. The homestead was once a coaching inn and supply store, was the major stop for ”Cobb & Co” coaches bound for the goldfields of St Andrews (formally known as Queenstown). Now a much-loved destination for their warm hospitality, Italian inspired food, unique landscape and locally sourced wines and craft beers.
