Join De Bortoli, Yarra Valley for an evening celebrating the bold flavours and rich traditions of Sicily, set amongst the gardens and vineyard views at De Bortoli Yarra Valley.
Led by Chef Mario Scarcella, originally from Salento, Puglia in southern Italy, this immersive Sicilian kitchen experience brings together heritage, storytelling, and seasonal produce from their own estate garden.
On arrival, guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine before gathering for a live culinary experience focused on traditional Sicilian entrées. Drawing on his southern Italian roots, Chef Mario will guide you through the history and cultural influences that shaped Sicilian cuisine, sharing personal insights along the way.
