Into the Forest – Allan Eccles X Jayden Ong Wines

A Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Event.

This March, Jayden Ong Winery and Cellar Bar welcomes back an old friend to the kitchen for a one night only collaboration of food and wine.

Allan Eccles, Head Chef of Melbourne’s iconic Cumulus Inc., brings you an autumnal forest inspired menu to be served alongside Jayden Ong’s avant garde range of wines, Moonlit Forest.

Eccles will be working closely with local Yarra Valley suppliers and growers on the menu, dishes such as Tuna and tomato crudo, smoked cream, pine nuts & lovage, Pork scotch with puntarelle, capers and anchovy, Venison ragu with red wine risotto, autumn greens and grilled grapes, and Wild weed pie, marinated mushrooms, Parmigiano Reggiano, a nod to the Cumulus signature, among other dishes.

It’s an event that promises serious culinary wow-factor with wine and service to match.
