Angela Fleay returns to the Bake and Gather kitchen with a beautiful new menu and a fresh take on classic favourites. In this relaxed, demonstration-style class, you’ll watch and learn as Angela shares her expert techniques for mastering pastry dough, balancing flavours, and achieving that perfect golden finish every time. Packed with clever tips, time-saving tricks and plenty of inspiration, this class is perfect for home cooks who love to entertain or simply want to build confidence with pastry.

The class will include Moroccan lamb sausage rolls, chicken, leek and mushroom pies, and salted chocolate hazelnut tarts.

The price includes a three-hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet to take home.
