With a micro-factory situated in Myrtleford and a Tasting Room and Petite Providore in the Bright township, The Peaks Artisan Cheesemakers invite you to come and taste their small-batch, French-inspired cheeses. Be guided through the flavour profiles and production processes and even pick up some tips for cheesy recipes and food and wine pairing.
With a focus on big flavours, the cheese is just the beginning. You will also find a feast of other locally made and small-batch delicacies, all ideal for putting together that perfect picnic, platter or gift hamper.
