Nestled at the foothills of the Grampians, Mount William Station is a historic farm turned luxury hotel and dining venue. Built in 1842, the stately Homestead has undergone a modern upgrade; however, its pioneering structures are showcased throughout.
The Dining Experience at Mount William Station delivers an unforgettable evening of relaxed fine dining in the Grampians. The gourmet, three-course set menu changes every evening to showcase the freshest, most in-season ingredients from the on-site farm and gardens as well as local artisan suppliers.
Inspired by the dinner parties of the roaring 20s that used to be hosted in the stately Homestead, the Mount William Station dining experience starts at 6pm with pre-dinner drinks in the Rhino Room. At 7pm, all guests are seated in the formal dining room for a unique, communal dining experience that allows guests to connect over a delicious meal.
