Restaurant and Cafe

Set in a heritage stable on Little Bridge Street, Ballarat, Dyers Steak Stable has been serving the finest quality for over 52 years.

Founded in 1972 by Murray and Joy Dyer, Dyers Steak Stable was born from a vision of creating a restaurant in the rustic, iconic landmark of the former stables of the British Queen Hotel.
