Ket Baker is an artisan sourdough bakery with a big heart and a loyal following across the Bellarine, Geelong and beyond. Since 2016, people have sought out the rustic Wallington shed among the gumtrees — home to roaming peacocks, friendly goats, and the unmistakable smell of handmade bread and pastries baking fresh each day.

At the core is their belief in food that nourishes both gut and mind. Every loaf is 100% sourdough, naturally leavened with organic flour, while croissants take five days to perfect. Expect small-batch pastries filled with local gems like Drysdale Cheeses, Lard Ass butter and seasonal fruit — alongside Belgian chocolate. Each one is unique, shaped by the wild nature of sourdough.

What began in Wallington has grown into two homes, with Ket Baker Belmont offering the same wildly nourishing breads and flaky pastries plus a darn good cup of St Ali coffee. Tucked just behind High Street, it’s a quiet spot locals whisper about like a best-kept secret.
