Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Fiano, Chardonnay, Aglianico, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Barbera, Shiraz and more are crafted by winemaker Warren Proft from their cool climate Whitfield and Cheshunt vine estates.

Their renowned hospitality also extends to accommodation in the King Valley with the deluxe Retreat Studios at Chrismont, the 137 Stay at Chrismont homestead, and their original Guest House.
