Since 1998, the vineyards have thrived, producing cool-climate classics such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, alongside bold Shiraz and the estate’s signature Sparkling Blanc de Blancs. Each wine reflects the character of the region and the craftsmanship behind every bottle, best experienced through a tasting at the Cellar Door.
Beyond the vineyard lies seven acres of breathtaking Guilfoyle-designed gardens, the historic motor house restaurant led by Executive Chef Neil Cunningham, and the rare opportunity to explore Melba’s life through gallery displays and guided house and garden tours.
