Emerald City invites you to a front-row reservation for a unique and intimate dining experience through the region’s finest seasonal produce. The menu features finely executed, unpretentious dishes blending modern cuisines. Their 10 to 12 course tasting menu changes daily to celebrate the essence of each season and the bounty of local ingredients.
From the moment you’re seated at the 350-year-old Tasmanian Myrtle bench beneath the captivating glow of their custom emerald chandelier, prepare to embark on a guided exploration of colour, texture and taste. Emerald City blurs the line between diner and host, making every visit a homecoming where guests are welcomed as part of our family.
The restaurant is located within a Whisky bar named Cavanagh’s Whisky and Alehouse in Healesville. Their friendly staff will greet you at the bar before showing you through to Victorias most exclusive dining experience. Bookings only.
