Avocados Perth is a picturesque hotel, that resides in the foothills of Roleystone in Western Australia, around a 35 minute drive from Perth CBD. The sprawling venue boasts an on-site restaurant/cafe, function room and accommodation offerings. There are a range of rooms available: Queen studios for two are popular, however some suites accommodate groups up to 14 in number. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and basic cooking facilities.
The natural surrounds border the Canning River, with an abundance of waterlilies that are stunning when in flower. The grounds feature mini orchards with fruits, including an abundance of avocado trees. Most evenings at Avocados end up with the local kanagaroos visiting the river, whilst the sun sets over the hills.

Queen Studio rooms are popular and start at $159 mid week, whilst weekends and larger rooms attract higher fees. The Manor House upstairs apartment has four massive rooms plus a living area, great for wedding groups, prices on application are requested for this.
