Built with mud brick and jarrah, the home blends beautifully with its rustic surroundings. It features 4 spacious bedrooms—one king, two queens, and one with twin singles—comfortably accommodating families or groups.

There are 3 bathrooms, laundry facilities, and two TVs. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped and opens onto a wide, wraparound verandah—ideal for relaxing and spotting local wildlife like kangaroos, birds, and possums.

Enjoy summer BBQs overlooking the shady yard, creek, and dam, or stay cozy by the large open fireplace in winter (wood provided). The fully fenced garden offers added peace of mind for guests with children or pets.

There is a small, fenced dam on the property, so adult supervision of children is required. Children are not allowed inside the dam fence boundary.
