Their property backs straight onto the Gascoyne river for plenty of river walks and adventures. The iconic old 2-storey Sandhurst Tavern was damaged in a cyclone and deemed unrepairable. The existing building, 620m2 commenced as a lawn bowls, then became the Tavern once the 2-storey was damaged. It ceased operation 2017. They are slowly renovating the existing building into a very large home.
