Chestnut Brae Farmstay is a peaceful rural retreat on a sweet chestnut farm, offering a unique tranquil haven, perfect for relaxing, reading, stargazing, birdwatching, bushwalking, exploring the region, watching kangaroos and emus at the start and end of each day and providing your children with the opportunity to connect with nature and learn where their food comes from.

The cottage suits four adults and two to four children. It sleeps eight and comprises two queen-sized bedrooms and a separate bunk room with four single bunk beds. It has one bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a spa bath to relax in. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fire and enjoy the ambience of flickering flames during a cosy winter escape. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee-making facilities, a four-burner gas cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave and a refrigerator/freezer.

Panoramic views of the farm can be enjoyed from the upstairs balcony, where it is lovely to sit and chat at the end of the day, enjoying your nibbles of chestnuts and a glass of local wine. You can smell the freshness in the air at Chestnut Cottage and drink the spring water. It is a perfect location to sit back, relax, reconnect and experience tranquillity.

Chestnut Cottage is a three-hour drive from Perth or 55 minutes from Busselton Airport.

Chestnut Cottage

Chestnut Cottage is a three-bedroom cottage with two queen-sized beds and four bunk beds, which sleeps eight.

It has one bathroom with a shower and a spa bath to relax in. The dining room has a beautiful jarrah table and chairs, the lounge room has a sofa where you can snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fire and enjoy the ambience of flickering flames during a cosy winter escape.

There is a small library of books, board games and satellite television. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee-making facilities, a four-burner gas cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave and a refrigerator/freezer. There is a gas barbecue alongside the front deck, and a Portacot and high chair are available at no charge.

All you need to bring is your own food and refreshments.
