Valley Campground
Where To Stay Avon Valley National Park, Swan, Western Australia
Located in Avon Valley National Park, the campground is close to jarrah, marri and powderbark forest, the valleys themselves are forested with wandoo. It’s also a great place to see a wide variety of wildflowers and birdlife in the spring.
The campground features tent sites, picnic tables, fire rings, toilets and untreated water. It is not suitable for caravans.
All access roads within the park are unsealed and there is no vehicle access to the river in the park. The best time to visit is late autumn to spring and it can be very hot during summer. A self-registration station is located on Quarry Road.
Campfires are usually permitted, in the provided fire rings only, between March and October but fire restrictions may be imposed at any time and without notice.
Bookings cannot be made.
