Visit Whitfords Nodes Park and unleash your inner warrior on the ninja warrior obstacle course which has been developed to encourage anyone 12 years and over to get outdoors and be active.

The course features a range of innovative and challenging obstacles configured in a well-considered sequence with a clear start and end point. The challenge for some users will simply be to complete the course. For others, it might be to achieve a personal best time or to challenge others.

You can also enjoy the iconic exercise stairway that extends to a height of 22 metres up the dune landscape and has 145 steps to climb with rest stops along the way. The top offers panoramic views of the coastline and the harbour. The exercise stairway is linked to multiple running tracks of varying lengths and difficulty through the park and the dunes. At the base of the stairway is a dedicated outdoor fitness equipment area suited to body weight exercises and calisthenics.

Whitfords Nodes Park also includes a large shaded public playground for the enjoyment of children aged between 2-12 years old. The playground includes swings, combination and climbing units, nature play elements, sand play and all-abilities play.

The park has many undercover picnic settings, benches and barbecues, new tree planting, an improved irrigation system, drink fountains and universal access footpaths.
