Heritage Rose Garden

Landmarks and Buildings

The Heritage Rose Garden is located within the Edenvale Heritage Precinct, and is home to 300 different heritage roses, and over 600 rose bushes. Look out for the oldest known rose that dates back to 3000 BC.

The garden has been established on a historic site in Pinjarra and complements the numerous fascinating historic buildings in the surrounding area.

The memorial section within the rose garden was created in 1995 as a tribute to soldiers who risked and lost their lives fighting for their country. The gardens create a beautiful sanctuary to allow you to reflect on the commitment and dedication of those who went to war.

The picturesque town of Pinjarra is one of the oldest towns in Western Australia. Sitting on the banks of the Murray River, it is about an hour’s drive south of Perth.
