Guildford Village Potters Club

Galleries, Museums and Collections

Guildford Village Potters Club is located in historic Guildford’s Meadow Street Heritage Precinct, close to the Swan Valley Visitor Centre. The workshop and gallery has been a vibrant creative hub since 1981.

Originally founded as an artists’ co-operative, it remains proudly run by its members—passionate ceramicists who create and showcase a diverse range of handmade pottery.

Visitors can explore an ever-changing display of unique pieces, from colourful raku and sculptural works to fine tableware and decorative wall art. New work is added regularly, and artists are often on hand to demonstrate wheel-throwing techniques and share insights into their craft.

The gallery also welcomes commissions for bespoke, handcrafted ceramics made with care and originality. In addition to pottery, monthly exhibitions feature outstanding West Australian artists across various disciplines, including painting, printmaking, woodworking, textiles, and mixed media.

Regular adult pottery classes and school holiday sessions for children invite all ages to get creative. Group tours of the gallery and working studio are warmly welcomed.
