Zebra Rock Gallery is an icon of the East Kimberley. Winner 2012 and 2014 Small Business Award East Kimberley and rated number one among the best 32 things to do in Kununurra by Lonely Planet, the property provides a welcome oasis where you can relax and chill out by the river Ord with a mango smoothie or LavAzza coffee.

Browse the gallery and watch the craftsmen at work carving the famous zebra rock and other siltstones unique to the East Kimberley. Visit the new jewellery section; jewellery styles are continually being produced in association with Dahlia Designs.

They ship their rock items to anywhere in Australia and the world.

Feed the fish from the jetty on the mighty Ord River and talk to the birds. They know several languages, but perhaps you could teach them some new words. There is a children’s playground and Zebra Rock can also provide caravan storage.

Directions: Proceeding out of Kununurra in the direction of the airport, turn left off Victoria Highway just past the Diversion Dam. Zebra Rock Gallery is nine minutes along Packsaddle Road. Look out for the Big Zebra at the entrance.
