Join them at AmberChes Distillery for a hands-on Gin Distilling Masterclass where you’ll create and take home your own 500mL bottle of gin.
Your experience begins with a guided tasting of their core range, giving you an introduction to the flavours and botanicals that make each gin unique. From there, you’ll move into their purpose-built Gin Classroom, where you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of designing and distilling your own recipe.
You’ll select your botanicals, learn the basics of distillation, and operate your own still to produce a gin that’s completely your own. Once complete, your gin will be bottled and labelled for you to take home.
During the distilling process, relax and enjoy a shared cheese platter lunch and a refreshing gin and tonic, overlooking the picturesque vineyard surroundings.
Includes: Guided gin tasting, hands-on distilling experience, 500mL bottle of your own gin, shared cheese platter lunch and a gin & tonic.
