Here, premium WA ingredients – think Margaret River venison, Augusta abalone and Manjimup truffles – are reimagined through the lens of contemporary Asian fusion. The menu is designed to share, with signature dumplings and wok-fired dishes served against a backdrop of vineyard views. A curated wine list showcases local heroes alongside select Australian and international labels, with a playful cocktail menu to match.
