After searching for a drink that captured Geraldton’s untamed gusto and spirit, the Muz, the founder and head distiller, was inspired to create his own.

30 Knots Spirits, Geraldton’s first on-premises distillery, creates unique, handcrafted small-batch spirits.

With a bar area attached to the cellar door, patrons can sit back on the deck enjoying one of the tipples, feast on delicious shared plates featuring all Western Australian produce, and soak up the good vibes.
