Ryan’s passion for food includes tasting plates such as Beetroot and Vodka-cured Ocean Trout or Haloumi, Radicchio, Honey and Seeds and more substantial mains like Twice-cooked Duck leg with Radicchio, Endive, Orange and Smoked Almonds or Linley Valley Pork Cutlet with Savoy Cabbage, Pancetta, and Café de Paris Butter. Mouth-watering desserts and cheeses to be lingered over with a glass of Upper Reach’s Gold Medal-winning fortified wines would round off the experience perfectly.
