Phat Lon was born from a family passion for Vietnamese food and the street food get-together vibe. Over the last few decades, Vietnam’s unique street food and laid-back bar culture has become a favourite for both locals and tourists.

Bringing the unique and authentic Vietnamese grilling experience to Perth and using the finest local seasonal produce and the highest quality ingredients, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Their journey in providing high quality Vietnamese food to the people of Perth started in 2019 selling traditional Vietnamese food like Banh Mi, Pho, Banh Xeo you name it.

Since then, they have continuously thought of ways to improve the Vietnamese family dining experience while retaining its quintessential relaxed and laid-back feeling. Phat Lon was then established in 2022 and is the culmination of a family’s desire to bring this unique dining atmosphere and ambience to one of Perth’s most diverse dining precincts.
