Bathurst Grange Distillery Tours

Food and Wine Tours

Set on a fifth-generation family farm just outside Bathurst, Bathurst Grange Distillery combines heritage, agriculture, and craftsmanship to create a truly paddock-to-bottle experience. Founded in 2014 by father- and-son team Nick and Toby, the distillery celebrates its farming roots while producing award-winning whisky, gin, and vodka.

The Grange itself is a state-heritage-listed property that has long been central to the region’s rural story. Today, it remains a working farm where grain is grown, harvested, and transformed into premium spirits. Visitors can see first-hand how traditional farming and modern distilling come together, with a strong focus on sustainability, local ingredients, and innovation.

The distillery offers tastings, tours, and immersive experiences that highlight the journey from field to glass. Guests can sample a range of handcrafted gins infused with native botanicals, discover the evolving whisky program, or enjoy limited seasonal releases. Bathurst Grange Distillery is also known for its relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—whether you are stopping by for a tasting, sharing a woodfired pizza with friends, or attending a special event on-site.

Beyond the drinks, the distillery plays an active role in the community, hosting markets, seasonal gatherings, and private events. Its location on the Bathurst–Oberon Road makes it an easy stop for travelers exploring the Central Tablelands and Blue Mountains regions.
