Kayaking is a sensational way to actively explore the beautiful coastline of the region. Coastlife Adventures offer sea kayaking trips in the protected waters of Pambula-Merimbula Bay.
Depending on the conditions these tours will either depart from Pambula River Mouth, or, Fishpen in Merimbula.
The tour includes kayak, equipment, wetsuits, qualified guides, snorkelling, wave catching and refreshments.

Learn to surf on soft surfboards on the New South Wales South Coast. Surf lessons from beginners to advanced with qualified surf instructors and lifesavers. A variety of surf packages are available to suit everyone. Coastlife is renowned for its innovative instructional technique and the high quality of equipment.
Surf classes operate daily on beaches between Tathra, Pambula and Merimbula. The beaches are rated as the safest in the area by Surf Lifesaving Australia.
Coastlife Adventures will greet you at your chosen location ten minutes before the surf lesson fit you into a full length wetsuit and provide you with a soft foam Malibu surfboard.

SurfGroms teaches children from 5-12 years old core skills in the ocean across five incremental skill levels, as well as fundamental Ocean Awareness and Beach Safety skills such as surf survival and rescue techniques; basic first aid skills; and about varying surf conditions at the beach.
