Back Creek Cultural Art

Landmarks and Buildings

Head down to the turquoise waters of Back Creek to view the cultural art bollard wraps displaying designs by well-known Dunghutti artist Nancy Pattison. Painted in bold colours, the bollards feature three sea animals that are culturally significant to the area.

Stage two of the project is soon to be completed, unveiling a mosaic and resin artwork atop a natural timber bench seat overlooking the water. This piece is being crafted by artist Francessca O’Donnell from The Out There Collective in collaboration with Nancy.
