Benledi House, built in 1885, was once the grand home of Alexander Kethel, a timber merchant. Its imposing Victorian-style architecture, detailed ironwork, and stately facade have stood the test of time. Over the years, Benledi has transformed from a private residence into a hospital, then a library, and now serves the public as a community hub. With such a varied and rich history, this heritage site is the perfect location to explore paranormal activity.
St Helens Community Centre, the house attached to the community centre was originally constructed in 1902, has also seen many lives—mainly as a private residence for various families, then accommodation for nurses etc. Known for its Gothic Revival architectural features, the building has stood as a symbol of support for the local community.
